Returns and exchanges


Your satisfaction is of utmost importance, and will do what is reasonably necessary to make

sure your expectations are met.




Will allow choice of another item equaling same value if original purchase does not meet

expectations.




For refunds, please allow up to 30 days for the refund after item has been received back to

GMID.



If item needs repairing at anytime, return it and send an alert by email:

gailmadeitdesigns@yahoo.com.



Do not request repair or refund if damaged due to excessive force or abuse.



Allow 30 days for completion and return of a repair.



Completed repaired item may vary from original appearance depending on available

materials.



GailMadeItDesignsTM will pay to return item back to purchaser.






Shipping


Ensure the correct mailing address is submitted when purchasing.



Design will be mailed the Saturday, Sunday, or the Mondy after purchase.



If design is lost in the mail, a similar style will not be readily available.



Please browse for another design, or request a refund.





Additional policies and FAQs


Clean most pieces with jewelry cleaner. Buff with jewelry cloth.



An alert will be sent with item if there is a variance in care.  ex: do not submerge in water.




Extend life of key card reels by leaning into the reader.



Most earring hooks hypo allergenic unless otherwise indicated.



Most styles adjustable 14 to 20 inches or more.



Not designed for children who put objects in their mouths.




Exact styles may not be exactly repeated bead for bead.  Variances may occur depending on

availability of supplies. 




Mia the mannequin is about a size 2 and is about 5'5".
